Holding our cups
We all must hold the cup of our lives. As we grow older and becomes fully aware/experience for the many sorrows of life-personal failures, family conflicts, conflicts from work and a lost love, disappointments in work and social life and many pain, hurt surrounds us, everything within and around us conspires to make us ignore, avoid, suppress or simply deny these sorrows.
“Look at the sunny side of life and MAKE THE BEST of IT”, we say to ourselves and hear others say to us.
But when we want to drink the cups of our lives, we need first to hold them, to fully acknowledge what we are living, trusting that by not avoiding but befriending our sorrows ,we will discoer the true joy we are looking for right in the mist of our sorrows. Remember “SCAREs MAKES US STRONGER FOR LIFE”

Life...
Today...I am going to tell you All a story about life.....lol...
Life is short for thoes who finds it meaningful and thoes who find life Too Long....life is just meaningless to then. Couldn't it be that life is WHAT MeaNing we put into It??
Now and then, I ask myself how meaningful has my life been and what meaing has it got. Often I feel like I know it TOO WEll but as other times...my thoughts are just useless mental exercise. Life is just too vast, so unpredictable...dramatic...haha & full of mysteries...you know...before I meaning into my life, part of it is GONE and the meaning I try putting on it already partly becomes Exhausted...
Life....as read it some where seems is like dry sand slipping thru my fingers, when I try so hard to hold on to it tightly, squeezing it...it slips away faster..but when I try to cast it away, it sticks on my plam, to appreciate life best one has to neither hold onto it too tightly nor but it too carefree, the sand in the hourglass is life. It is better to let it flow freely, although not too carefree
How we take life is often dicatatde by when priorities we have...but the thing is life beinf too vast till EVERYTHING becames our priority to us......life is Meaningless to a student who can't completes his degree...A lady madly in love would say...without him, my life's meaningless..and an Alcoholic, trembling with the urge to drink would be ready to give up everything even his dignity for a bottle of liquor...A businessman who desperately wants to make his first million before reaching 40 and he easily forgets that he got his wife, childrens&friends....The 1st million is more important.
But now, so what are the things in life that last??Unity....Happiness...or money???
TO me...three qualities matter most...Love...Peace&Faith...and the greatest of it is LOVE, love never fails...have you or can you try to imagine life without love...what would it be like...the love and peace in my heart keeps me going...and faith...what is faith??? The faith I have in my heart for someone...will keep my everyday a hopeful one...Maybe I will talk more about faith next time...

4 Blessed Looks.....
The four blessed looks:
"Look backand thank God...
Look forward and trust God...
Look around and serve God....
Look within and find God!''
I asked God, 'How do I get the best out of it"
God said, 'Face your past without regrets
Handle your present with confidence.
and prepare for the future without fear!
'''Without God, our week is: Mournday, Tearsday, Wasteday, Thirstday, Fightday, Shatterday and Sinday. ...
So, allow Him to be with you every day!
''Life is short, so Forgive quickly. ..
Believe slowly. Love truly. Laugh uncontrollably...
Never regret anything that makes you happy. And have a wonderful journey!"

"writting can be a true spiritual discipline. writting can help us concentrate , to get in touch with the deeper stirrings of our hearts, to clarify our minds, to process confusing emotions, to reflect on our experiences , to give artistic experssion to what we are living and to store significant events in our memories..good for others too for they might want to read what we truely think.
quite often a truely painful...frustrating day can be "redeemed" by writting about it. By writting, we have lived and thus integrate it more fully into our journeys..Thus becomes life saving for us and sometimes for others too..."
lol....I am not the author for the above...but i strongly believe in it, thats explains why I created/started this blog of mine... got many thoughts to sort out first, this blog of mine...tittled Love...Peace and faith...they 3 very strong and powerful and of great singnificant to me..and of course the greatest of these 3 i sLOVE.....i don't think anyone of us can live without it..can you...some people say money is most impt...but how long can that last??
